Proactive, attentive staff made our stay pleasant.
The room was disappointingly small and lacked ventilation. I expected a more comfortable experience for the price we paid.

This was my just perfect stay on our next Paris visit. The location was perfect - close to nightclubs and restaurants. The place was close to a subway station. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The city view was worth every penny.

Complimentary welcome drinks, Proximity to public transport, Interactive staff assistance
Room sizes are smaller than expected!!! Occasional noise from the street might disrupt light sleepers!!! Issues with bathtub drainage detract from an otherwise pleasant bath experience!!! Lack of luxurious amenities feels outdated!!!

The hotel seemed very well priced for the quality of the room and general standard of hotel - it was the main reason I booked it. I was not disappointed. Although the room was small I understand this is the norm for parisienne hotels. The shower in our room was very nice also. There is a metro station directly opposite the hotel, and the streets nearby provide plenty of choice for a meal if you don't want to travel for dinner. By far the best aspect of our stay was the freindliness of the hotel staff, their English was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble.
The only aspect of our stay which left me disapponted was the soft drink situation. The hotel advertised free soft drinks with our tarif, but this was limited to 2x small bottles of water and a can of sparkling water. When my husband got two more small bottles of water later in the week we were charged 5e on our bill. A minor point on an otherwise good stay, but one which I think could be avoided and which is misleading.

This stay felt like a delightful surprise! The breakfast options were fresh and delicious, especially the croissants, and the cozy ambiance made it perfect for brunch. We were greeted with a sweet note and chocolates for my husband's birthday, which made it feel extra special. I'd absolutely return here!

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions about our stay in Paris. Our room was clean and represented a good value; breakfast was included and that always put our day off to a good start. The hotel is centered near two metro stops one of which was a hub and made travel easy and fast. I would not hesitate to stay at the Grand Hotel Francais

We had a lovely stay for two nights and enjoyed all the little touches like the plush robes and the Nespresso machine in our room. We relaxed in the cozy lounge and took advantage of the great breakfast options, which were a real treat! Just a heads up, the room was a bit snug for two people, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

* The location (2 min. walking distance to Metro Station Rue des Boulets and 5-10 min. walking distance to Metro Station Nation), also there's everything you would need (restaurant, market, pharmacy, patiserrie, etc.) very near to the hotel, * The attitude of the personnel; everyone took great care of us, they always responded to all our needs with great effectiveness and smiling faces :), * The breakfast, * The room; the douche was very nice and everything in the bathroom was precisely cleaned everyday, the bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, (we booked a standard room, but they have upgraded our room to a superior room which is better for long stays), * The free wi-fi opportunity (internet worked very well)
* The smallness of the room, but this is standart in France hotels, so this is not exactly a negative point concerning this hotel but a general comment on hotels in Paris, so that people go there preparing themselves.
